Tina is Director of Mission for the Safe Life Mission at The Bridge Institute, where she leads work to reduce violence affecting young people and create clearer pathways to opportunity across London.
Her work sits at the intersection of systems change, human behaviour, culture, climate, and social impact. She brings together young people, communities, business, government, policing, the NHS, and civic partners to work on complex challenges that require shared ownership and practical action. Through the Safe Life Mission, Tina helps steward a cross-sector coalition around a common ambition: a London where every young person is safe, seen, supported, and able to access real opportunities.
Tina’s wider experience includes organisational transformation, leadership development, innovation, sustainability, and responsible business. At EY, she worked across service lines to help accelerate business leadership on reducing climate change. She has worked with global organisations including BMW Group, LEGO, Rolls-Royce, and Imperial College London, with projects spanning transformation strategy, global skills, innovation, and climate-focused partnerships.
Her practice is grounded in a belief that lasting change happens when people can work across boundaries with honesty, imagination, and shared purpose.
