The Guild In formation

The Bridge Institute community of practitioners, forming now with the first cohorts.

What is the Bridge Institute Guild?

We measure success not only by what we do, but by what others replicate. The Guild is where that happens: practitioners who have been through a Bridge Institute programme and put the Spiral Breakthrough to work in their own systems.

It is a working partnership rather than a network. Members bring live opportunities from their own systems, go deeper into the method together and join missions that need what they bring. The Spiral Breakthrough draws on more capabilities than any one person has, so no one in the Guild works alone.

Who it is for

The Guild is for people who have been through the Introduction Programme and now use the Spiral Breakthrough in their own work.

If you are not there yet, most people start with the Changemakers paper, about who changemakers are and why they say yes. Then comes the Introduction Programme, where you apply the Spiral Breakthrough to a real problem alongside others. Our events show when the next one starts.
