Accessibility

How we make this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us when it is not.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control or screen magnification, and people who prefer less motion on screen.

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Every new page is checked against them before it goes live, and we review existing pages regularly.

What this means on our pages

Text and background colours meet the WCAG contrast ratios. Every page works with a keyboard alone, shows a clear focus ring and has a link that skips straight to the content. Images carry text descriptions. Animation stays gentle and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion. Videos only load when you press play.

Where we are still working

We test the site in the browser and by hand, and we fix what we find. Some older documents, such as PDFs of earlier reports, may not yet meet every requirement. Content from other platforms, such as YouTube and podcast players, follows their own accessibility standards.

Tell us when something does not work

If you cannot use part of this website, or you need information in another format, email us at info@bridge-institute.org. Tell us which page and what went wrong, and we will get back to you.

About this statement

We wrote this statement in November 2026 and review it whenever the website changes in a significant way.
