Copyright and images
The text and other material on this website belong to the Bridge Institute or are used with permission. The images are a mix of our own photographs, taken at our programmes and missions or supplied by our partners, and stock images used under licence. If you would like to reuse anything, please write to info@bridge-institute.org.
Stock images come from iStock and Unsplash. The abstract header and news images are from Unsplash+, by Ruliff Andrean, Yianni Mathioudakis, Point Normal and A Chosen Soul. Mission photographs from Unsplash+ are by Davey Gravy, George Dagerotip, Monika Grabkowska and Getty Images, and from Unsplash by Bernd Dittrich.
We take care with the people in our stories. We do not show children or anyone in a vulnerable situation in a way that could identify them, so some of the photographs on this site are licensed stock images rather than the people we work with.
Safeguarding
Our work often involves children, young people and adults who may be at risk, including survivors of trafficking and violence. Their safety and dignity come first. We expect everyone who works with us on a programme or mission to put people's safety first and to raise any concern straight away, and we work with partners who share that commitment. If you have a concern about the safety or wellbeing of anyone connected with our work, please write to info@bridge-institute.org. We will treat it in confidence and act on it promptly. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
