Jeffrey Wotherspoon

Jeffrey Wotherspoon is a Mission Partner of the Bridge Institute, working across the Safe Life Mission, the Jacksonville Breakthrough Initiative, and the Bridge Institute's podcasts and conversations.

Known as The Relational Architect, he helps leaders, teams and communities rebuild trust where it has broken down and hold the honest conversations that lead to lasting change.

As a founding member and former Director of People Development & Innovation at the Universal Coaching Alliance, and a former trustee of two charities, he brings a deep understanding of how coaching and leadership development can shift culture in lasting ways.

Jeffrey coaches and trains people at every level, from C-suite executives to those early in their careers, across the private, public and voluntary sectors. His clients include the United States Air Force, Maersk, Sony Music Entertainment, Network Rail, and local authorities across England, Wales and Scotland. His practice is grounded in more than 15 years supporting young men in the criminal justice system, which gives him a first-hand understanding of the communities the Bridge Institute serves.

He is a PCC-accredited coach with the ICF, accredited with the Association for Coaching, an ORSC practitioner and a High Risk Conflict Resolution specialist, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
