Employers, young people and trusted brokers co-design routes into work
About this event
Talent is everywhere in London. Routes in are not. The Good Work Movement is our answer to that gap.
The launch brought employers, young people and trusted broker organisations into one room to co-design practical, supported pathways into work, mentoring and opportunity. What made it different: employers did not just leave inspired, but with one realistic next step, clarity on who would take it forward, and support to help make it happen. Check-ins at 60 and 90 days keep the momentum going, because goodwill without follow-through isn't change.
Part of the Safe Life Mission, work that started at the September 2025 Breakthrough Summit and is now moving into delivery.
