Sandra Soteriou is a Mission Director with the Bridge Institute. Before joining Bridge, she spent many years working in local government in London, particularly alongside communities facing some of the toughest challenges. She believes deeply that the people closest to the issues often know exactly what needs to change - we just need to create the space to really listen to them.

Her work has always been rooted in people and communities. She is passionate about making sure voices that are too often overlooked are heard and creating spaces where people can speak honestly, challenge assumptions and learn from one another. She is particularly interested in what becomes possible when we stop looking at issues in isolation and begin to understand the people, relationships and systems around them.
