Robert Osborne is a senior leader with over forty years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, energy, renewables and related industries in the UK, USA and Europe.  He has held a series of high profile and pioneering roles in national programmes of public buildings, infrastructure, and transformation of the public services including leading PFI in Health and the Building Schools for the Future programme. He is an expert in public procurement and delivery and the interfaces between government, industry and stakeholders.

He has been working with the Bridge team for over 25 years, fascinated by the linkage  between the personal development of leadership teams and the performance of their institutions.
