With over 10 years’ experience delivering complex programmes and partnerships across the corporate, public and non-profit sectors in the UK and Latin America, Nicole is the Project Manager for the Safe Life Mission. Her background spans programme management, strategic operations, stakeholder engagement and organisational development, with a strong focus on creating meaningful social impact through collaboration and systems change.

Prior to joining the Bridge Institute, Nicole led national employability, social action and digital inclusion programmes at UK Youth, supporting young people across the UK through partnerships with organisations including Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Google and the British Council. Her work focused on improving access to opportunities, strengthening local delivery organisations, and creating pathways into employment and skills development for underserved young people.

Nicole has also worked in strategic operations at Carlsberg Britvic, supporting senior leadership with performance insight and operational strategy, and internationally with the International Olympic Committee on multi-stakeholder programme delivery.

She is particularly motivated by work that brings people and organisations together to create long-term impact and is deeply committed to the Bridge Institute’s mission.
