
Mac is the CEO of the Bridge Institute, a charity dedicated to bringing leaders of government, business, and civil society together to solve the pressing challenges of our time.
Prior to the Bridge Institute, he was the Managing Director of Asia-Pacific for Bridge, based in Singapore, an organisation which evolves leaders and organisations to be the greatest force-for-good, using methodologies of purpose, leadership, complex problem solving, and culture transformation, working with organisations such as Unilever, Olam, EY, Kellogg’s, AXA, Bank of China, Yum, BHP, and Tesco. He has also held roles in global operations at Reuters and as a management consultant at Capgemini.
Mac graduated from Oxford University with a Masters in Engineering, Economics and Management, and has developed expertise in areas such as Systems Thinking, Vertical Development, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Myers Briggs, and Design Thinking.
Mac is passionate about the role of sport in a healthy and thriving society, and a keen amateur mountaineer. He has worked as a mountain guide at Raleigh International.
