Luisa works closely with CEO Mac McKenzie and the wider Bridge Institute team on policy and political briefings and presentations, and supports the events that bring senior leaders and philanthropists together.

She first joined the Bridge Institute as an intern, researching funders and drafting grant applications, and helped prepare the Safe Life Mission Breakthrough Summit with London's Violence Reduction Unit.

Luisa is studying Economics and Politics at Durham University, where she is Ball Chair of the PPE Society and debates at the Durham Union. She speaks Portuguese and English natively, as well as Spanish and French.
