
Gabriela leads marketing and community at the Bridge Institute, where she shapes how the Spiral Breakthrough methodology reaches the world.
A visual storyteller with a background in software engineering & marketing, her work sits at the seams between disciplines - technology and storytelling, strategy and design, brand and systems - where she believes the most interesting work usually happens. This gives her a systems lens on communication: how complex ideas become clear, how pioneering work becomes credible, and how the right narrative can help people, partners and institutions gather around a shared possibility.
Gabriela began her career in software and SAP consulting before moving into digital agencies including Pixelpark and Publicis. She later spent four years in Singapore helping to build the marketing function at the Human Capital Leadership Institute, a Singapore Government initiative created to position Asia as a global leadership hub. She went on to co-found We Are Leftfield, a London-based innovation studio that helps organisations find unexpected solutions to their toughest challenges.
